- Monday: 35 miles around Cherry Creek and back – 3 hours, started as a
recovery ride, ended with me going as fast as I could, felt around 66% from the day before. - Tuesday: 2 hours on the trainer
- Wednesday: 8 mile, leisurely hike up Mt. Crosier, 7 hours
- Thursday: Rest!
- Friday: Rest!
- Saturday: 146 miles Super Ride – 16 hours
