I should probably change the title of these journal entries, as I don’t know if, “Training” is the right word – I’m rarely training focused on one event.

Monday

Bouldering @ Movement, 2 hours

Tuesday

Green weighted carry, 17 kg

Green Mountain Summit of 4 for the week. I dropped the weight on the the summit and ran down. Legs take a little time to adjust from, “high torque work” to, “high intensity work”.

Wednesday

Bouldering @ Movement, 2 hours

Thursday

Bow Mountain/Linden Ride

Easy ride.

Friday

Bouldering @ Movement 1 1/2 hours

A nice ride up Chapman to the trailhead.

Bouldering @ Movement, 1.5 hours

A nice easy session without too much focus. Got a few problems I haven’t done before.

The rest of the day/night saw me working.
