These few pins of Russian Names are all characters from War and Peace. I have no idea what they're significance are in the book - some of them were just on the back of phrases I also cut out, some of them I actual cut out - but not really knowing why.

There's a settlement called, "Fort Ross" in California, that was set up to grow wheat for other settlements in what is now Alaska. It was a Russian settlement. It's honestly the last thing I thought I'd find in California. The inclusion of these pins into the project was also something I didn't think I'd do, but thought was worth experimenting with.
