Purpose:

Looking for contract work, in the web design/development field.

Currently, I live in the Denver metro area and wouldn't mind commuting up to 25 miles from dowtown, as long as you have a place for my bike. Will bike to Boulder if you have a shower to use. Will like you if you think this is absolutely awesome that I'd bike 35+ miles.

Advantage

Geeks are lovable and huggable, but sometimes can have hard time communicating their geekdom to mere mortals, or interacting with a team of designers, usability folks, marketers, etc.

Not so with me. With my varied background that includes 7+ years of programming and a Fine Arts (BFA) degree that includes heaps of visual art and design training, I know how to talk shop with your designers, can act as a mediary between your Right Brains and Left and I'm generally friendly, easy going and a delight to work with. Let's face it: a lot of web design and development gets technical, fast. It's hard to create anything without going through hoops of flames learning a complex development program, knowing how server technology works, understanding the mechanics of the web, etc.

The University of Colorado, Boulder - 1999 - 2001
